Lead Counsel to the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) in fallout out of arbitration on the lease agreement between AIC Limited v. Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria. The dispute involved an arbitral award of over USD 46 million in damages against FAAN. The Federal High Court gave judgment favouring FAAN, setting aside the award. Presently advising FAAN on several litigations.
Had Hon. Attorney General of the Federation HAGF fiat under Failed Bank Decree, successfully prosecuted several cases, and obtained convictions for NDIC under the now-defunct Failed Bank Tribunal.
